Description:

This mild sweet barbecue sauce is made from Honjozo (authentically brewed) soy sauce and miso, with additional flavors of vegetables and fruits.

How to use:

For marinating or dipping grill, we recommend using 15-20% of this sauce according to the amount of raw meat being cooked. 1 bottle (1,630g) of this product can be used for 8-10kg of raw meat (adjust according to your preference). This sauce can also be used as a dipping sauce for non-seasoned grilled meats, vegetables and seafoods.
