🥢 1. Crispy Pork Belly

Best for: Oven roast / air fryer / pan‑sear

Ingredients:

1 kg pork belly

1 tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp five‑spice powder

Optional: vinegar & baking soda for crispier skin

Method:

Pat pork belly dry. Score the skin and season all over.

Roast at ~180 °C for ~1 hr until the meat is tender.

Increase to high heat or broil for 10–15 min to crisp the skin.

Rest before slicing and serve with rice or veggies.

🍲 2. Slow‑Cooked Pork Soft Bone Soup

Best for: Comfort soup or congee

Ingredients:

1 kg pork soft bone

1 onion & 3–4 garlic cloves

10 cups water or broth

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: carrots, daikon, or rice for congee

Method:

Place soft bones, aromatics, and liquid in a pot.

Simmer for 1.5–2 hrs until bones release a rich broth.

Add rice for congee or serve as hearty soup.

Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with green onions.

🍖 3. Glazed Pork Riblets

Best for: Oven‑baked or BBQ

Ingredients:

1 kg pork riblets

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp honey or brown sugar

1 tbsp BBQ or tomato sauce

1 tbsp vinegar

Garlic & black pepper to taste

Method:

Mix glaze ingredients.

Coat riblets and marinate 30 min.

Bake at 180 °C ~30–40 min, basting halfway.

Finish under grill for sticky, caramelised edges.
