  • Butter

  • Spring onion

How to cook:

  1. Melt butter, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add stock and bring to boil.
  3. Add clams first, then oysters.
  4. Simmer 3–5 minutes only.
  5. Garnish with spring onion.
