Striploin Steak with Balsamic Glaze
- Ingredients: Striploin steak, olive oil, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, fresh rosemary

Instructions:
- Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet or on the grill and cook the steak to your desired doneness (about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare).
- While the steak is resting, prepare the glaze: In a small pan, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, and minced garlic. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and reduce until it thickens (about 5 minutes).
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the steak and garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
Garlic Butter Tiger Prawns
- Ingredients: Tiger prawns, butter, garlic (minced), lemon juice, fresh parsley, salt, pepper, chili flakes (optional)

- Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add tiger prawns, season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes (if using), and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve with rice, pasta, or a side of vegetables.
Sticky BBQ Chicken Wings
- Ingredients: Chicken wings, BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic, chili flakes (optional)

- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss chicken wings with a little oil, salt, and pepper, and bake on a baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- In a pan, heat BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and chili flakes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Once the wings are baked, toss them in the BBQ glaze and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until they’re sticky and caramelized.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
Stir-Fried Sliced Abalone with Garlic and Vegetables
- Ingredients: Sliced abalone, garlic (minced), oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, bell peppers, mushrooms, snap peas, green onions

- Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat and add a bit of oil.
- Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add your choice of vegetables (such as bell peppers, mushrooms, and snap peas) and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
- Add the sliced abalone and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until just cooked through (abalone cooks very quickly).
- Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a drizzle of sesame oil. Stir to combine.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with steamed rice.
