Cooking Suggestions
Beef Striploin – Garlic Herb Pan-Seared Steak
Ingredients: Striploin, garlic, rosemary, butter, salt & pepper.
Method:
Season steak with salt and pepper.
Heat pan, sear steak 2–3 min each side.
Add butter, crushed garlic, and rosemary, spoon over steak while cooking.
Rest 5 min before slicing.
Serve with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
Beef Ribeye – Oven-Roasted Ribeye
Ingredients: Ribeye, olive oil, thyme, salt & pepper.
Method:
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Rub ribeye with olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.
Roast 15–20 min (medium-rare) or until desired doneness.
Let rest 5–10 min before slicing.
Perfect with a red wine jus or mushroom sauce.
Chicken Breast – Honey Soy Baked Chicken
Ingredients: Chicken breast, honey, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil.
Method:
Marinate chicken in honey, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil for 30 min.
Bake at 180°C for 20–25 min until cooked through.
Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.

Ingredients: Salmon, lemon, dill, olive oil, salt & pepper.
Method:
Preheat grill or pan.
