🔥 1. Grilled Striploin Steak

Prep: Preheat grill to high heat. Let beef come to room temp.

Season: Lightly coat with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Grill: Sear each side for 3–4 mins (medium-rare), depending on thickness.

Rest: 5–10 mins before slicing.

Tip: Add a brush of garlic butter before serving for extra richness.
