Best for :
Garlic Herb Butter Baked Salmon (Oven-Roasted)
Ingredients:
fresh salmon fillet or whole side (skin on, bones removed)
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or dill for a more traditional flavor)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Lemon slices, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with foil or parchment paper.
Prepare the butter mixture: In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and half the chopped parsley.
Place salmon skin-side down on the prepared tray. Pat dry with paper towels.
Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Brush generously with the garlic herb butter mixture.
Optional: Add thin lemon slices over the top for flavor and presentation.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork and is just opaque in the center. Don’t overcook.
Garnish with remaining parsley. Serve with steamed vegetables, rice, or crusty bread.
